Am curious, would folks be more comfortable with provided
playbooks or recipes? I grant this isn't as distro/toolsuite
agnostic as a bash script but it may more comfortably fit into
people's existing automated deployment methods.

I really hope this is reconsidered in the future version.
The curl and bash script idea sounds great but I its a bit
risk to run something as sudo in a bash script...i
understand we can inspect the code but its just a bit
scary.
