[HTCondor-users] htcondor/repo/current needs an update

Dear CHTC team,

Just noticed that https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/current/ is 
still version 10 as the "current" release, so anyone using get_htcondor 
without explicitly specifying, will NOT get the ver23 goodness.

It's not clear how exactly one specifies a particular numerical version 
using get_htcondor given the bash code only gives stable, current, and 
*-rc as acceptable choices.

P.S. - There are some other issues (I think) with get_htcondor but 
wanted to highlight the version one first.
