Valerio,

If you don't mind a tangential question, for what purpose are you building the code from scratch? Is this just for a basic install or do you have some particular hardware the provided binaries don't cover fully?

This is a known warning in the HTCondor build. A proper fix is a fair
amount of work, and this warning doesn't cause any actual harm to the
binaries.
