Hello Stuart,

The current versions of HTCondor use the stash file transfer plugin to 
access the Open Science Data Federation (OSDF) 
(https://osg-htc.org/services/osdf.html).

When HTCondor 23.2.0 is released, the OSDF will be accessed using the 
Pelican Platform (https://pelicanplatform.org/).
