Thanks for the prompt reply, I found a workaround, Just added the accounting information in the ~/.htmaprc file instead of providing that info in the python environment.
You are probably correct and it's a different user.

I suspect the job does not come with the uid of the user that actually started the python session.
If you are able to identify the 'real user' by any hints in the job classad you could set the uid in a transform on the sched which would then let the job end up in the expexted accounting group. Maybe it is also fixeable in the submit-config-part on the
submitting node ?

Hi All,
I have a user which send htmap jobs All seems to be ok beside something with accounting.
We are using group_quota htcondor ver 9.0.
The relevant classads looks correct( AccountungGroup, AcctGroup, AcctGroupUser ).
Also the user gets the correct docker mounts which maped according to the accounting group.
While looking at condor_userprio the user is under group none.
Any hint?
