We did not change anything in the base sources. However, we did add a new package "htcondor-upgrade-checks" that has a Python script to look for manual adjustments that may need to be made to upgrade from HTCondor version 9 to version 10.

Dear Tim,

many thanks for the quick resolution of the problem, I can confirm our Debian Bullseye machines now happily accept the repository again :-).

Since the package revision was bumped, they detect the re-releaaed packages as an update.
