You need to make sure that you refer to a job attribute and not a slot attribute.

 

This should work

 

START = TARGET.matlab

 

The use of the TARGET prefix ensures that only the job attribute matlab will be checked,  otherwise, it would look first for a matlab attribute in the slot.

Having a hard time implementing this policy.

 

I have a set of machines that have matlab. And I only want jobs which have the tag

 

+matlab=true

 

To execute on those machines

 

START = matlab == true

 

But it seems this accepts all jobs. Is there a way to achieve this?
