I have users who submit jobs which take 2-4hrs. I have another set of users whose jobsÂare 1-5mins. If the long running user fills up the pool, the short user has to wait for a long time. is there a way to say, take up to 80% of slots for long running jobs and leave the remaining for anyone else?
