    When: Jul 10, 2023 - Jul 14, 2023
    Where: Fluno Center on the University of Wisconsin-Madison Campus,
    Madison, WI, USA
    What: For the first time, the OSG Consortium, the HTCondor team, and
    the Center for High Throughput Computing (CHTC) will be hosting
    Throughput Computing 23 (HTC 23) at the University of
    Wisconsin-Madison's Fluno Center. HTC 23 is a new event that joins
    together the annual OSG All-Hands Meeting and HTCondor Week.
