Hi Jose,

you can add class ads to the startd with something like
  SomeNewAdd = 1.234
  STARTD_ATTRS = $(STARTD_ATTRS) SomeNewAdd

If the ad needs to be updated during the job start/run time, maybe a 
OneShotCronHook or one of the other hooks might be what you are looking for
