The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the release of HTCondor 10.4.0.
This release contains all of the changes from the 10.0.3 LTS release.

Highlights of this release are:
- DAGMan no longer carries the entire environment into the DAGMan job
- Allows EGI CheckIn tokens to be used the with SciTokens authentication
