This change came about when we integrated the blahp with HTCondor.

If you are building for an RPM based distribution you need to install:

    docbook-style-xsl and libxslt

If you are building for Debian/Ubuntu you need to install:

    docbook-xsl, libxslt1.1, and xsltproc

We will be eliminating these build dependencies in the next release.

Let me know if can successfully build.
