Thank you for your answer, but I am somewhat confused about what to put and where.
That is, should the instructions go on the condor_config files?, on the submission machine, or in the condor directory for each worker node?.
Could it somehow be within the condor submission file instead?. I would prefer the latter, but would settle for any solution.
Could I see a code snippet example to get how it is done?.
If I send you the files could you place the instructions so that I could clearly see and try the solution?.

ah - sorry for the confusion. These would go on the executing worker nodes to tell the start daemons how to advertise and handle their local resources.
