[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 9.1.3 Released

The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the release of HTCondor 9.1.3.

This current series release contains new features.

This release contains all of the bug fixes from the 9.0.5 stable release.

Enhancements in the release include:

- Globus GSI is no longer needed for X.509 proxy delegation

- Globus GSI authentication is disabled by default

- If a user job policy _expression_ evaluates to undefined, it is ignored

- The job ad now contains a history of job holds and hold reasons
