[HTCondor-users] v8.9.9 on conda-forge

There seemed to have been an issue with the auto-update of htcondor packages to conda-forge, as the latest version is the 3+ month old 8.9.8. PyPI has the latest dev version, so is there a way to mix & match the conda & pip installs or should I just wait for conda-forge packages to be updated?
