[HTCondor-users] Adjusting config of personal pool

The single-machine HTCondor pool, whether set-up via the python API or Docker container is a great addition to the toolsuite. I am curious how one might adjust the configurations of the pool with the python API, for example:

• Restrict the number of cores that are allocated to the pool
  
• Restrict the number of simultaneous jobs running
  
• Allow jobs to be run in a local container instance
