[HTCondor-users] Afs client service not start

Hi friends. Casually in Argentina (my country), today is the friendship day so...happy day for all of you :D 

Sorry about this topic, maybe it is not related. But I was trying to connect to CERN afs but openafs-client.service doesn't start. The following lines results via systemctl status openafs-client.service:

Jul 20 17:05:29 condor.iflp.unlp.edu.ar afsd[3344359]: afsd: Error calling AFSOP_CACHEINODE: not configured

Jul 20 17:05:29 condor.iflp.unlp.edu.ar systemd[1]: openafs-client.service: control process exited, code=exited status=1

Jul 20 17:05:29 condor.iflp.unlp.edu.ar systemd[1]: Failed to start OpenAFS Client Service.

Jul 20 17:05:29 condor.iflp.unlp.edu.ar systemd[1]: Unit openafs-client.service entered failed state.

Jul 20 17:05:29 condor.iflp.unlp.edu.ar systemd[1]: openafs-client.service failed.

My dir /afs is empty.

What can i do to start the client service??? Server SO is CERN CentOS 7.8.

IMPORTANT: if reboot is needed it can't be. The covid19 quarantine keeps us all working remotely and many times the server network card crashes and remote access not start automatically.
