[HTCondor-users] running a stripped down version of HTC

Running 8.5 and its been working great.Â

At night, since our machines are idle I would like to run a startd on the boxes -- 20 high powered machines .

Is it as simple as,Â

condor_configure --central-manager=machine1@xxxxxxxxxxx --type=execute

Is there a way I can pass as my information as possible to generate a configuration file? 

Eventually, I would like to remove condor during the workday.
