okay.  along those lines, i'm also getting snagged by GAHP, GCE
specifically.  it has a dependency on sqlite3.  it's not installed and
i'd rather not install.  i don't need any of the cloud features of
condor.  but i can't seem to find a twiddle for turning off all the
GAHP helpers
