[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 8.8.10 Released

The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the release of HTCondor 8.8.10.
A stable series release contains significant bug fixes.

NOTE: Users can no longer use the condor_qedit command to disrupt the
operations of the condor_schedd.

NOTE: The SHARED_PORT_PORT setting is now honored. If you are using
a non-standard port on machines other than the Central Manager, this
bug fix will require a configuration change in order to specify
the non-standard port.

Highlights of this release are:
- Ubuntu 20.04 and Amazon Linux 2 are now supported
- In MacOSX, HTCondor now requires LibreSSL, available since MacOSX 10.13
