If you go to https://htcondor.readthedocs.io/en/v8_8_3/ you can get a
PDF (or ePUB!) copy by clicking the "Read the Docs  v: v8_8_3" across
the bottom of the left panel. It will bring up a menu that will let
you download the content in several formats (or change version, view
GitHub source, etc).
