[HTCondor-users] hold_jid option for the HTCondor sge plugin

Would be possible to add job preconditions functionalities without DAGman? This function has been implemented in the SGE as hold_jid. I have tried to run SGE scripts using the SGE plugin of HTCondor. Unfortunately, SGE plugin can be used just in the Vanilla universe and we need to implement it in the Docker universe
