Hi Dario,

This is the stats-gathering e-mail that the collector sends out periodically to the CHTC. You can turn off stats gathering by setting the CONDOR_DEVELOPERS and CONDOR_DEVELOPERS_COLLECTOR values to NONE in your config. It's a necessary step in my air-gapped networks. See section 3.5.14 of the manual.
