[HTCondor-users] CCB and Job Claiming

from "Condor Introduction and Architecture for Vanilla Jobs CERN" presentation.

And I would like to understand how the "Claiming Protocol" is implemented taking into account the CCB mechanic (https://htcondor.readthedocs.io/en/v8_9_4/admin-manual/networking.html#htcondor-connection-brokering-ccb).

Since the connection from the schedd daemon to the startd daemon is impossible (because of CCB), how does the CLAIM happen in this configuration? It happens through the collector?

And what happens in case of the dedicated schedd in CCB?
