[HTCondor-users] Removing standard universe from RedHat 7

	The current development series -- 8.9 -- presently includes 
support for standard universe only on the RedHat 7 platform.  (This is a 
change from the current stable series, which support additional 
platforms.)  We -- the HTCondor developers -- would like to drop support 
for RedHat 7, as well.  To be clear, this means HTCondor would not support 
standard universe on any platform.  Please let us know (reply to this 
message) if this would cause you problems.  Thanks.
