INTERACTIVE_SUBMIT_FILE = $(LIBEXEC)/interactive.sub

you could define it per-user putting a statement in your ~/.condor/user_config

but by default it's shared among all users.

Interesting, and makes sense then :)

Is the default interactive submit file defined on a per userbase for ex. Like a .file in $home or is it per submit host ?
