Michael, thanks for mentioning this!

It's true the Center for High Throughput Computing does provide several different tiers of support. However it's worth noting this support is not intended to replace a primary sysadmin. We don't carry pagers, for example, or work on particularly large clusters. What we offer is best used to provide secondary support to a full-time sysadmin, or to help with maintenance tasks while you're hiring somebody new.

Mike, you mentioned in our earlier thread that you were looking to replace a grid admin, so I assumed you needed more than what we provide. Could you elaborate on what you're looking for?

Needless to say, they're also highly knowledgeable since they wrote the code to begin with.
