If iptables is set on the this execute-only node to allow it to talk to
itself netstat shows two condor_shared_p instances on different ports.
With different PIDs? That would be very surprising.
Is there a macro I can use to specify the other port number rather than
using a range?
No. But a range of 1 will probably work. You can also try
excluding port 9618; I don't remember if the shared port port is
constricted by the inport range.
