[HTCondor-users] Assistance needed with idle runs

I have bigger issues, but my current issue with HTCondor on my RedHat Cluster is below:

 

All runs start then almost immediately go to the idle state. This happened after a head node reboot while some runs were going. If I can figure out how to get these runs to succeed, then I can move on to working on configuring HTCondor to write its temp files elsewhere (it was configured to write to a 3.9 GB partition, so it fills up that partition and crashes). I am new to HTCondor. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.
