[HTCondor-users] environment and argument variables

Dear all,

I'm playing around with the environment and argument variables but I do not get what i want. I tried:

Universe    = vanilla
Getenv        = True
environment = subject=foo
Executable= /bin/echo
Arguments = $ENV(subject)
Output        = test.out
Error        = test.err
Log        = test.log
Queue

But it does not work. the test.out gives me "UNDEFINED"
