Ignore I missed this sentence in the manual

If your Linux distribution uses systemd, it will mount the cgroup file system, and the only remaining item is to set configuration variable BASE_CGROUP, as described below.

ven if I enable them with the new systemd system I wonder if condor will do the right thing. Has anyone look into it? Is there a C7 recipe?
