Jon,
You're missing in an r in "CurrentTime". If that's a copy/paste of
your expression, that would explain why it's not triggering. If the
spelling is correct in the job ad, does that job show up in a condor_q
constrained by your expression? e.g.
condor_q -const '((JobStatus==5) && (CurrentTime
-EnteredCurrentStatus) > 600)'
