Never mind - I found that the libgfortran-static package was not installed.

We have been converting our systems from RHEL6 to RHEL7 and have run into a major snag: condor_compile fails with Fortran code.  Formerly, the g77 compiler was available via a compatibility package, but this is no longer true.  However, when attempting to now use gfortran, condor_compile fails with:

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lgfortran

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lquadmath

Has anyone already found a way around this issue?
