[HTCondor-users] what's "startd exited with status 44"?

Hi everyone,

quick question: what is exit(44) from startd? The best I can find is
DPRINTF_ERROR in
https://htcondor-wiki.cs.wisc.edu/index.cgi/wiki?p=MagicNumbers

I've a node that's been sending these: "/usr/sbin/condor_startd exited
with status 44". A brief look shows high i/o wait and 100% utilization
on sda -- that looks the root drive may be on its way, but other than
that nothing looks wrong.

Does that look like the likely culprit?
