Dear all，

    We use acctgroup and allow all groups surplus.

    As example(part of configuration):

        GROUP_QUOTA_DYNAMIC_u07 = 0.55

        GROUP_QUOTA_DYNAMIC_cms = 0.12

    jobs in schedd:

        u07    2000

        cms    5000

    How are quotas evaluated?
