It's later than I'd hoped, but I have a new build
(condor-8.5.1-2.fc23) that includes the Ganglia pieces in the Fedora
23 testing repo (and also in Rawhide). If you're not familiar with
using the testing repo, see:

I can push this to the main repo in a week, but that can happen sooner
if we get a few people to test the package and give it karma:
