To get the port updated, you can try contacting the maintainer of the
MacPorts version (who, as far as I can tell, is not associated with
the HTCondor project) at aronnax@xxxxxxxxxxxx or by filing a ticket in
the MacPorts Trac instance https://trac.macports.org.

If you just want to grab binaries from UW, it looks like the following
should work:

  condor_install --install-dir=/opt/local

but you may need to do a few extra changes. The portfile may help:
