[HTCondor-users] condor_config_val request refused

Hi all,

what do I need to set in 8.2.2 to make "condor_config_val -set
START=FALSE " work? I have ALLOW_CONFIG = $(CONDOR_HOST) and I've a
vague recollection it worked last time I tried (not sure how long ago,
exactly). Now I get

WARNING: Someone at 144.92.167.251 is trying to modify "START"
WARNING: Potential security problem, request refused

And yes, 144.92.167.251 is the $(CONDOR_HOST)

What am I missing?
