[HTCondor-users] definition of queues and association with machines and users

Hi! I am just a beginner with HTCondor so need to translate some work
flows from torque to condor .. so :
1. What is the equivalent of queue in condor?
is this still valid?

The rest of questions i imagine that are similar to the first and
could be done with attributes:
2. how can i associate users with a universe?
2. how can i associate queues to machines? (UID + other attributes?)
