[HTCondor-users] Can you directly link a set of Personal HTCondor setups just by using flock_to/flock_from

Say you have 10 colleagues all of whom have set up Personal HTCondor.
Just by using flock_to and flock_from can a user allow his/her own jobs to
run on the other personal htcondors, and vice versa.
