What I almost always care about most is cores rather than jobs. Although I
appreciate the increased ability to tweak the DAG of DAGs problem with
these knobs.
Cores-per-schedd or cores overall? I thought accounting groups could be used for for the latter, and I don't know why you'd care about the former on a per-user basis.
