[HTCondor-users] fresh centos 7 install fails

Hi all,

got this on a fresh centos 7 install from CS repo:

Selinux is disabled,

> # ls -ld /var/log/condor
> drwxr-xr-x 2 condor condor 4096 Dec 16 11:26 /var/log/condor

What gives?
