Hi Doug,

I can confirm that I also see the posted RPM incorrectly owning various system directories (present in 8.2.8; not present in 8.2.7).  Perhaps some bug in the release procedure?

Anyhow, HTCondor obviously can't own some of these directories - the packaging will need to be fixed before folks can use the RPMs in the yum repo.  I'm sure TimT is already looking into it...
