[HTCondor-users] Migrating Condor central manager?

As our current Condor pool needs some reconfiguration, I'd like to                                                                                                                                                                           
migrate the central manager functionality from one machine to                                                                                                                                                                                
another (and back, when the system has been reinstalled).                                                                                                                                                                                    
Is there a recipe/checklist somewhere what needs to be done in                                                                                                                                                                               
which order (with as little disruption as possible, of course,                                                                                                                                                                               
and keeping user accounting intact)?                                                                                                                                                                                                         
I know this could be doen with Condor-HA but that looks a bit                                                                                                                                                                                
too big for this particular purpose...
