I was wondering if anyone runs a web server for startd nodes. I was thinking of exposing the system load average, disk space for all partitions, output of `top` (update it every 10 seconds), output of free, etc..when startd was running on that host.
Has anyone been doing this? Also, what is the best way to achieve this? I was thinking of doing a simple perl/python web server (port 9999) and customize the output for it.
I was thinking of spawing it with a, "condor_startd_oneShot"
Or, is there an easier way, other than run a web server on port 80?
