Hi Brian,

I recently started using a new tool to manage the repositories and one 
side effect is that the 8.0.7 package is not currently in the 
repository. I will work on correcting that problem.

You can still download the 8.0.7 packages from our download page:
    http://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/downloads/

I am sorry for your inconvenience. I'll report back when the problem is 
fixed.
