[HTCondor-users] condor_status -submitters incorrect job counts

I recently converted my pool to v8.0.0.  Everything seemed to be
running fine, but all of a sudden condor_status -submitters is showing
twice as many jobs running per user then there actually are

running condor_q <user> -total show correct values.  It seems to be
isolated to condor_status -submitters as best i can tell.

i tried restarting condor, but when all the classads caught up it's
still showing the same.

Is there a way to fix this?  (preferably without losing all the running jobs)
