Tony,
There are several ways you can distribute configuration settings:
* Dedicated platforms like Cycle Server[1] or Wallaby[2]
* Configuration management system (e.g. Chef or Puppet)
* Shared file system (e.g. NFS)
* By hand, one at a time.
I'd suggest one of the first two categories, but the best solution for
you will depend on what your environment looks like.
