[HTCondor-users] Half of the slots are remaining 'owner' on all machines

Subject: [HTCondor-users] Half of the slots are remaining 'owner' on all machines

Two of the slots on all of my quad core machines are claimed and runningjobs, but the other two stay in the 'Owner' state not allowing jobs torun, effectively cutting my computation power in half. Has anyone seenthis phenomenon before and know of a solution?
