[HTCondor-users] Why all jobs are sent to slots in the same machine?

I have four machines and each one has a cpu with 16 cores.  I submit jobs to condor but all jobs are sent to slots in the same machine. I think this is not good for performance.
How can I make these jobs running on slots in different machines? Should I use RANK _expression_?
